thinking about my sister.... she has a beautiful 11 year old daughter. so kind, loving, nurturing, caring and so helpful. she loves to assist me, she knows that i am ill and need help. she enjoys taking care of me.
  She is autistic. and in the past 8 months has began having violent episodes. she will destroy her surroundings and then hit, pull hair, spit at and cuss like a sailor. when the destruction and rage is over, wow/ she is loving, very apologetic and doesn't remember everything she did. her main target of the rage and violence is her mom. oh how she loves her mom, until it begins.
  There are several therapists in place. medications and the autism society after school day camp. so many avenues have been implemented to no avail. i can't imagine how my sister continues to deal with this. she is my biggest hero of ALL time. she is the strongest person i know. I love her dearly. Keep us in your prayers as she searches for answers for her daughter

       Spent  a few days with Tomika. She is my son's first wife.I love this girl. She is like my daughter and we have grown close. She is also the mother of my grandson Jordan, and my bonus grand-daughter, Eden. A very hard working, educated young woman just hitting her stride. Did I mention beautiful? Good church girl, yet she isn't a prude or a nun.

       We were at Defy Gravity.  What an incredible place.  Clean, great staff, lots of room for the kids to place. Great place for physical activity. The foam pits especially appeared to be a cardio workout.  I got plenty of exercise just from observing. A hour package was plenty. Everyone in our party was tired out by then.

Dreamed about FISH FISH and more FISH.

 I know ya'll thinking it's Scott again, ummm. Steven needs a woman! Learned the hard way be careful what ya wish for.

 I dreamed Steven Zay and I were catching lots of big fish in a cave. Awesome

Ray woke me up this morning from the best dream ever.....

I was walking atop a massive pile of banana pudding. At a distance there stood Channing Tatum. Yes Lord, he was there. He was there and he was holding his wife's hand. He took my hand and he was telling her that he had decided to be with me.

She was all sappy and crying. You know "falling out" funeral style. I was in such a perfect place. I told Ray about my dream and I explained how I really didn't want to get up, but I figured I couldn't return to that dream. Anyhow, When we went to town, My Ray bought me Bananas and Vanilla wafers. I always said he makes my dreams come true. lol

Had a very small soda stream party. It was scheduled and held while the flu was active in our area. Then I took the goodies to friends homes who couldn't come. Over all everyone was impressed. The flavors we tried were very good.  easy to make, the carbonation level is up to you. So they taste good, are easy to make. However one friend did the math... the cartridge makes up to 60 liters, priced at walmart @ 30.00 dollars, then you also have to buy the flavor packets. So it seems to be a bit more expensive, yet you save the environment of all those two liter bottles............. If only soda stream could come down just a bit in the carbonation bottles it would be great. over all the product gets a thumbs UP
